Keys to success: The Raiders have established themselves as a force over the last two seasons, going to three rounds deep in the postseason each year. Bowen and Brittain are three-year starters and their experience will be a major factor for Randall. Yet, there are still questions about depth, and duplicating the success of the last two seasons will depend heavily upon how quickly some players grow up.
